| NASA scientists recently obtained some really odd photos from the Hubble Space Telescope that have drawn much excitement. There is also much speculation as to how the photos demon-strate the first visual evidence of sophisticated alien-like machinery in distant galaxies. However, NASA says the photos are merely cosmic dust appearing as something they otherwise are not. They are in that sense, very similar, to the face on Mars. |

WASHINGTON, DC – NASA has once again befuddled many with their bizarre interpretation of what appears to be alien machinery, much like satellites, floating around space in the Zeta Reticuli system, long suspected of harboring aliens who wish to abduct us. They are adamant that is merely is a trick of the Hubble Telescope, making bizarre, though not unusual, configurations of cosmic dust appear to be the works of intelligent beings. Not so says NASA.
“We are fairly convinced that most of you, who are untrained scientists we might add, could not spot your ass from the planet Mercury if you were sitting in the Hubble” said Dr. Morris T. Lightyear, an Astrophysicist, Astronomer and Wii gamer. "You simply see what you want to see… there is nothing in this photo that indicates intelligence...”
That's probably true, said Bert Levinson of the Palomar Observatory in San Diego, CA.
“You'd be surprised to see what a pile Space Shuttle looks like up there,” Levinson said. “Any aliens looking at us might think it's primitive stuff compared to what they may have… I bet they have great stuff… Anyway, how much stock can you really put in the Hubble anyway? It is mostly used to spy on people down here…
(Moving right along.)
Nevertheless, the "Face on Mars" crowd is up in arms as what it views as another NASA engineered cover-up of a proof of intelligent life in the Universe (Not withstanding the Wupolary, Greys and Hertinskuyars – races not deemed “smart enough”).
"First they try telling us that the Face on Mars is nothing than a geologic rock formation that happens to look like a face because of the lighting when the photo was taken,” said Skywalker Smith (so named after the Star Wars character), “My ass…That is some kind of space ship or something… NASA refuses to see the obvious. I'm telling you it is just like that Face on Mars."
We grew tired of talking to nerds? Okay, smarty pants - whose f---ing machine would this be in space then?”
After a long pause, he finally spoke:
"I don’t know - but you trying telling me the ‘Face on Mars' is not the likeness of Donald Trump and I’ll kiss your CoverUps.com ass."
You win. Mystery solved. We’ll take his word for it.
