CANTON, OH – With the rise of hard-core gangster criminals in the NFL -- from current wrong-doers like Adam “Pacman” Jones to legendary double-murderer victim of framing by the evil LAPD O.J. Simpson, the NFL has decided to "go with the flow" and create a Pro Football Criminal Hall of Fame, in order to salute players who have brought notoriety to the National Football League on account of their criminal ways.

“We're still trying to figure out what to do about Michael Vick,” said newly-appointed NFL Commissioner Roger Goddall, who's faced with the task of cleaning up the NFL’s increasingly bad reputation. Vick's case has dogged Goddall ever since it broke. Induction supporters say the heinous acts he committed outweigh the fact that Vick has not (yet) killed a person. Opponents say the pro-Vick crowd is barking up the wrong tree.

Recognizing the limits of what can be done to reform a large group of violent, highly-paid, muscle-bound reprobate athletes, Goddall gave the green-light to the proposed Criminal Hall of Fame in order to preserve the NFL's all-important 'street cred', so the sport could stay on top of the North American professional sports scene, even as he tries to clean house.

To be eligible for the Pro Football Criminal Hall of Fame, players must have killed at least one person while in a state of rage, and set some sort of rushing or passing record. As an added bonus to those lucky enough to meet these high standards, inductees are given an electrocution at no cost to themselves or their next-of-kin.

We asked Goddall about Adam “Pacman” Jones, who has drawn the league’s ire for his off-the-field problems.  Jones is wanted as a “person of interest” in a shooting outside a Vegas bar, which took place in the early hours of the morning after an altercation between Jones and a bouncer.  That bouncer has since been paralyzed.

Will "Pacman" ever get a chance to finish his career and earn a shot at making the NFL Pro Football Criminal Hall of Fame?

“Yes, he will,” Goddall said.  “But, he better make it rain in my office.”
